Prof. E. Carolina Sañudo specializes in inorganic chemistry, molecular magnetism, and nanoscience. Her research focuses on the design and synthesis of magnetic coordination compounds, single-molecule magnets (SMMs), and metal–organic frameworks, with particular interest in their magnetic, structural, and functional properties. Her work explores how molecular magnetic systems can be organized on surfaces and incorporated into nanoscale materials for applications in molecular spintronics, information storage, and information processing.
